Dear Fingolfen:

Book value has always been defined as a company's assets minus its liabilities. Book value per share makes it easy to look at in relation to what is bought or sold. Yahoo and SI seem to not update their respective profile pages very often. The one on Yahoo for AMD makes no mention of Athlons as the company's primary product (it talks of K6/2s). The one on SI seems to be out of date in the 52 week stock price range and the book value there seems to be for CY00 instead of the indicated MRQ. Now this may be deliberate for copyright violations detection. That is why using a source that has heavy regulatory and criminal fines for not maintaining its accuracy is a better solution. Or do you like inaccurate data?
