I don't see why you wouldn't take the money and help people. That seems to me a utilitarian question. If, for example, this person was connected to Osama (which he wasn't) what are we trying to do? Get at his money. So here is a person not EVEN connected to Osama, who says something we don't like (and which I didn't find all that shocking) and we won't take his money. Silly. I call that silly. Heard the expression "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face"?
