You simply disagree with my opinion that information designed to mislead should be retarded by both rules, law and to promote a level playing field. You want no penalties for those that do it. I do. That is the fundamental disagreement between us. Intel is not alone in this practice.

If you want to hold no liabilities for misleading the public, then how would you be able to trust any company's published financial statements, earnings reports, 10Ks and all the other required documentation by the various governmental agencies. You regard them as required reading. What if you could not trust them?

Enough said.
