amtx first call report 12:27 est

My understanding is that a first call report by CJ Lawrence was filed at 12:27 est. This report was supposedly critical of the RBOC's for
bungling ISDN, suggested that the initial leaders, WSTL and AMTX, might not be the eventual winners in ADSL and analagized this to ATM 18 months ago. Overall was supposedly positive on ADSL.

I have not seen this report so I use "supposedly" regarding its comments. It is interesting to note that AMTX was trying to recover prior to the release time of this report. This shows under First Call for both AMTX and WSTL. Perhaps someone has access to this report and can accurately state its contents.
