Andrew,

Regarding possible pieces/parts being acquired by other companies, do you have any specific thoughts? Novellus bought Gasonics last year, so they likely won't come looking for the plasma business. Do you think they might be interested in any of the thermal or wet tools? Does Lam have enough $$ to go shopping?
