Can you lead us all in earnest prayer sometime today? I think that would be really special. You sent me this twice, so I suppose I must relent: Dear Unseen Power. Please keep the church and the state separated from now until the end of time. Please help the Muslim world to control their fundamentalists: to educate them, and especially to remove them from the politics of the state. Please speak to the hearts of all people in all religions and ask them to exchange the sword for a lighted candle. Teach them to be tolerant of all beliefs. Please lead them to do their own work and let you do yours. Teach them not to convert one another, but to accept and honor their freedom to think and belive as they choose. Teach them not to call people liars and other such nasty names, but rather to look where 3 of their fingers are pointing. Please take care of our enemies. Please bless everyone in Texas even when they have been bad. Please let me stay sexually active. OHMM.
