To be more precise...Europe and the US condemned the suicide bomber attacks and said Israel should show restraint (ie just sit there and take it).

The Arab world did not condemn those attacks, far from it, unless you count Yasser Arafat's condemning them out of one side of his mouth while ordering them, and lauding the "martyrs" out of the other.
