<< The new oils refining & proc'ing factory is "6 mos. behind". >> According to the 2nd qtr report, the new factory was producing tons. Do you have any info about "what type of problems" they are having with the new plant. The latest news seems to be real positive. They really seem to be expanding overseas. Regards, Bob
