You are far more likely to find biological weapon agents placed in pharmaceutical drugs you purchase from your local pharmacy than you are in a product supplied by Columbian drug lord.

Merck and Pfizer won't respond to product tampering with teams of Columbian hit squads. They are a soft target, unlike your local "street drug" dealer. Since we have previously found cyanide in Tylenol, anthrax or smallpox would be a piece of cake.
