I commented some on the Forbes article in the Big Thread. I would have to say that it's less than balanced reporting.

There is quite a bit of money at stake on the short side of IOM. The people who stand to lose money if it goes up will certainly use their contacts to try to make it go down.

I don't think IOM's action for the past couple of days is anything to get too worried about. Stocks never go straight up. I liked today's little spurt of buying toward the end, which kept the close above 21.
