These box cutters under the seat stories still suggest the problem isn't the passengers bringing on board their tweezers, but the cleaning staff and other airport staff security.

I have the unfortunate experience of connecting the dots, in an imaginary way. Three individuals in Detroit were detained- they worked in airport food service. Another individual was studying zoonoses- disease that could be transmitted from animals to humans. One such affliction, anthrax, is extremely fatal when ingested.

Ok- so we say the food service guys there were just positioned to stash box cutters. Making people sick wouldn't attract the attention that 9/11 did. Yet we have indications that these ground support people exist at multiple airports and may still not be smoked out.
