October 10, 2001 Dear Mr. Grasser: This letter is in response to your correspondence dated September 29, 2001, a copy which is enclosed for your reference. I reviewed the documents you sent and would appreciate it if you would send me a list of the specific assets you allege were transferred from Scientific Measurement Systems, Inc. to 3D Imaging and Development with the intention to defraud the Debtor's shareholders.
