Not entirely. Men tend to be more physically courageous than women. And I don't believe the need for than will disappear.
And note that word "physically". Psychologically, morally, no, that's not true. Women have instigated, led, and pushed many movements that required courage, such as abolition. When it comes to taking down a hijacker or charging a machine-gun nest, you probably want a man.
