I sure am glad I sold my shares the other day at $4.00.

I knew something stunk about this stock the day it shot up to
4.50 but closed the day out at the low for the day at around
4.00..on very very heavy volume. Somebody who was in the KNOW
did alot of selling..and the stock further plummeted to 3.5 or
thereabouts the next day. I was hoping it would trek back up to at
least 4 and when it did..I sold. I have recently been stung by this
merger crap and therefore suspected something like this might happen.

You can pick the best stock in the world..and then they do something
like this (or issue more shares to increase dilution..or the such)
and what happens...the small investor gets screwed.
