Hi Jack, It sounds like you have the newer Winport.EXE file in some of the directories and not in others. If you check the dates of the EXE files you'll probably find that some are dated somewhere around Oct. 2000 and the others are dated earlier than that. You want the newest one in each directory. I upgraded my computer last year and re-installed Newport with the older EXE file and had a similar problem. Copying the newer EXE file and replacing the older one should solve the problem.
