Yes! I saw that interview on CNN as well, before switching to Sunday Morning. I was very surprised and disheartened to hear about the bathing issue, both for hygienic reasons and religious ones. What an utterly evilly-brilliant move, to make access to bathing unavailable to women, who must bathe before they can pray after menses. It serves to marginalize women in a horrific way.

The stats about antibiotics and gas masks are interesting. I'm really surprised to see so many people so freaked out about anthrax, as it appears to be extremely difficult to weaponize into the pulmonary form and is easily treated in the cutaneous form. Needless to say, hoarding antibiotics -- and taking them unnecessarily-- is a far greater risk to public health.
