I would tend to agree with you on all counts. I'm just trying to time my purchase with some significant event with the company, it could be as simple as earnings report.

I need to average down. If there is a takeover, I will still have a net loss. Look at it, sitting at $2.10, a lousy 50% premium and it is still only $3!
