I've answered this question before.
Love is just a word for a set of feelings we have as human animals.
Part sexual lust, part friendship, what we call love is different things to different people. For some people "love" is synonymous with crush, for other people, on the other end of the spectrum it is more nearly synonymous with friendship. So no, there is no such thing as "love" in any absolute sense. There are emotions which people call love, but people can mean very different things by the word.
