Phase of A Propaganda War

1) Make sure you have the support of your citizens

2) Justify the aims of the War,need for War, negotiations have broken down

3) Demonize your enemy leader and his people (stories of drug dealing, women oppression, etc)

4) Once hostilites start, generate the atrocity stories.
