It seems to me that Zarathustra promoted a pure monotheistic religion, which started in what is now Iran / Afghanistan (Persia). The religion vanished due to all kind of conflicts and was finally destroyed by the Arabs who conquered Persia.

Nietzsche work was around the same concepts of Zarathustra ...... I think ......... and what I understand is that he believed that as long as religions rein the wars will get uglier and uglier with time which to date can be said that he was right.

I find his approach to religion and human conduct as a result as interesting.

Zarathustra and Nieztsche fall in line also with the more purist believers in Judaism. From a chronological point of view it seems that Zarathustra's religion sprung up about the same time as Judaism or a bit earlier.

Just wanted to make sure I am not completely off the board.
