According to this link the Financial Anti-Terrorism bill goes before the Rules committee on Tuesday, Oct 16. Except the bill ain't numbered 3004 on the Rules schedule. It's 2975, and the text of 2975 makes no mention of internet gambling. And I checked the status of H.R. 3004 yesterday, and it says there it is to go before the Judiciary & Ways & Means Committees.
