Re llmarinan

Couple of points on Finlands history. They have been successful with diplomacy. Just look who they have had to deal with... Hitler and Nazi Germany, Stalin and the USSR.
They have also had a capable military considering the size of population and resources. They have shown to know how to deal deals.

The other point is that llmarinen is hinting he sees oil as central to this war against terrorism. The "terrorism" has a large component of Muslims in it (who own all the oil).

So how does one use the diplomacy tool to it's best advantage?
