When markets are manipulated, someone has to take a stand. Perhaps at a financial cost, but I am glad that you are doing so. You are a better person than I am, Vi. And I am not xEmacs, eiher.

I agree with you about excessive printing and negative real interest rates, completely. While everyone claims to be experiencing a deflation, in reality, there is raging inflation going on the USA, which results in negative interest rates. No one can see that inflation, yet. You and I, of course, are a breed apart. We see, and we know.

As for the excessive printing, as we all know in the absence of a gold standard, any additional currency creation is excessive. The only recourse is to withdraw all the dollars in circulation, and let the US and the world economy go back to a barter basis.
