Hi UncleFrank,

This was in essence a summary of an article I posted recently.

If you would like to read the unparaphrased version

And yes, it's difficult to use anthrax as a biological weapon. Consider how many people came in contact with that letter in the postal service etc. Yet less than 5 have become infected, and only one has died.

Also consider this, if they had large amounts of anthrax that was readily usable as a biological warefare agent, why are we only seeing it distributed in a couple of letters?

Also consider this quote from a CNN.com article:
cnn.com

• U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft acknowledged Sunday the news media could be a target. "If I were a terrorist, I would want to engender fear that was irrational, and I would want to curtail the availability of information in a free press that was good information," he told CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.
