Don, I can not get CBOE to display now but I did look at QQQ earlier.

I like max pain analysis but I prefer the "eyeball" method to iqauto analysis.

That said my Eyeball method says the rally dies at 35.
Huge open call interest at that level compared to put interest. I am surprised that calculated figure is at 31.

Last time I looked I had MSFT at 55 and INTC somewhere btw 22-24. CSCO is way above pain so that to me is the anomoly.

Those numbers again are by my eyeball method, which I think is more accurate. Sometimes iqauto gets totally screwed up by a huge position at one price, so far out that you know it can never happen.

I would pay $ to know whether the open positions are short or long, a factor that totally screws up pain analysis.
