First of all you are not supposed to use my real name. Next the state of their dominion with regards to refugee status is irrelevant. I think Corsica belongs to the Corsicars, the Alsace is Alsatian, the Hashemites can make a hash of it anywhere they want, Prussia is not Russia, Navaronne should Basque in the sun and Manhattan is mine. If there were more creative anarchy and fewer phony states with phony dominions there would be peace in the world. States with phony military drawn state lines are Israel, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, India, Pakistan, Spain, Britain, France, Germany, Poland Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Finland, Italy, Bosnia, Slavonia, Russia, etc.. make your own list. Canada and the States are free but Quebec wants to leave and there is a dispute with Indian tribes. MOst States are military autocracies and dictatorships. Police states with no legitimacy. Otherwise there would be no rebellion.

I think the only solution is to have one neutral group of aliens with power to destroy all mankind, referree the disputes and hand out the decisions. Based on their ruling one would have to live peacably or die. I volunteer for the job of arbitrator. Being from the Planet Froon and finding all earthlings despicable, pea brained and unreliable, I am amply qualified to heap scorn on all their hypocracy.
