It's been fully represented:

1. Blame the United States (or capitalism, or the prosperous civilized world) for all the rest of the world's troubles.

2. Expect the United States (etc.) to solve them.

3. Give the United States (etc.) no credit for any attempts it has made to solve them in the past, whether successfully or unsuccessfully, but simply continue to issue ongoing blame, while nobody else does anything but simply looks on.

4. Obstruct whatever efforts the United States (etc.) may make, magnify every possible flaw or failure, and give everyone actively opposed to its efforts either a pass at best, or enthused support at worst.

5. Once the United States (etc.) is involved in any situation, pretend the clock starts right then. Whatever chaos and suffering existed before pales next to that which any of our attempted solutions now supposedly creates.

6. Use that as an argument why we should never have gotten involved in the first place.

Blame us because we're not involved, blame us because we get involved, blame us if we don't solve anything, ignore us if we do.
