It seems to me the idea of original sin has to do with creativity doesn't it? ggg Actually I think "original sin" has less to do with "sins" and enumerating them. It attempts to describe the present state of the relationship between deity and humanity, as being a broken relationship or agreement. It accounts for this idea with imagery that includes all humans in the consequences. In this case it means humans busted it, and now can't fix it. When an idea or word is invented is less important than whether it creates useful imagery or information.Most of the terms involved had natural contexts in life."Transgression" came from property law and was adapted as religious imagery. "Debt" was the same (words in the Lord's prayer).
