OT/And when savvy country folk build or buy a house.... it's not an in your face display of our level of success, whatever that might be. If you're truly successful - which includes being secure in your own self esteem - there's no need to to show it off via some gilded cage that's twice or thrice the size of your needs. The successful outer blurb/country folk I admire and respect don't attract attention AND robbers with dramatic mansions on postage stamp lots. If they are "well off" or even wealthy, that's not obvious to casual observers or people casing the joint. The big garish house on the small hill lot is the most likely target of the burglar or robber. Isopatch.
