I believe that, somehow, the Trans-Pacific era has been kickstarted by the current terroristic havoc, that is, China and her Asian backyard will help the US get out of recession.

I'm not sure about that. So long as the US economy is required to subsidize their's by permitting their trade surplus to continue with the US, I'm not expecting them to be of much assistance to pulling the global economy out of this slump until they are willing to create the conditions for their domestic consumption to occur.

Japan and China are both in deflationary spirals which are being mitigated by the fact that they have been permitted to export to the US market far more than they import.
