Hi, Poet. You are not exactly helping me here.
I would need to know what in my post was offensive. I do believe that when any of us are offended, indeed deeply offended, it becomes incumbent to specify exactly what the offense was ... if we are to get anywhere, that is.
I know a lot of gay people, among my family, friends, and associates. I like some of these people more than others. I respect some of these people more than others. So, in that sense, I make judgments about them. I make these judgments on the basis of qualities that I believe illuminate the human soul ... of which "sexual preference" is not one (IMO).
