Joe,

Rumor has it that the English company is essentially done with the selling of their shares. As the share price starts to move up, as I believe it will, there will likely be periodic sell-offs at various levels as people that bought at the 12 cent range take profits.

I expect these sell-offs to occur most likely when the bid price reaches levels of 18 cents (50% profit on 12 cent buys), 21 cents (75% profit on 12 cent buys) and again at 24 cents (100% profit on 12 cent buys). I will be watching closely at these price points.

The extent of the profit-taking will depend on how well the sales are growing. Right now, I hear that TL Phipps is producing at a good clip. So far, Phipps has supposedly added about $600,000 in contracts since the acquisition. If this is true, and if this rate continues, annual sales could be growing faster than I expected. I'll let you all know if I can get some sort of confirmation of these numbers.

Best wishes,
Brad
