George, the question is indeed the one you stated. Bipin and you have painted to us the picture at OEC and it doesn't look great. But then, if it were great I am not sure a deal with the company would have been easy to achieve. Now, more important than how OEC is (or was) doing is what Borland could make out of it. In what way and how much it could add to (or maybe subtract from) Borl's bottom line. Looking for an answer in the market reaction, as I don't have much knowlege in connection with this technology, I recall that the market did not initially disaprove of the action. The stock even rose from 15 to 17 after the news of the upcoming move was announced. As I feel now that this move has contributed to Borl's decline for the stock traded higher with higher losses in the past, it maybe the dilution part that the market has punished the stock for, already. We will have to wait, therefore it seems, for the answer to your basic question "What can OEC bring to the table?" is provided by facts without hype as the market wouldn't buy just hype and promises. This is, it seems to me, the key for Borl's turnabout. Meanwhile, I am long on BORL ... Ghassan.
