Jordan. It is all speculation. Really positive news tends to make Q's price spike up. However some group is selling into this strength. The question is, whether thay are just taking an opportunity to exit on strength OR whether some are short and selling to depress today's spike in the hope that QCOM's price will resume its down drift in a few days if news causes no major spike.
