Israel is ready to evacuate most settlements in exchange of a real peace deal ; you know that, those that settle there know it too, and we all know who pays for it. Israel has evacuated all Egyptian settlements and military bases, remember that a couple of bases did cost a couple of billions $ (1970 value) in a comprehensive deal. Furthermore, the settlements shall not be destroyed before being turned over. So the Palestinians will have running water, sewage and even libraries. Can you imagine that, libraries! Ok there won't be many mosques, but who cares ? Do you ?
