Exactly the opposite... We need to start at the "high ground" and stay there. Only hit those that are calling the shots... Hit them and leave until we find another to hit... Continue until someone rises to a position of power through attrition at the top that realizes the futility of continuing the terrorism and gives up... And then stop. Make every effort to spare anyone not associated with the terrorist activities or the governments that support them. Grinding down until there is nothing left is the sure way to destroy any international support. Ira
