Not that I know of. Five separate attorney's reviewed the file I had made. Two said they were too small a firm to take the case. Another two said they declined, but the case had merit and wished me luck. The last said the trustee of the estate of SCMS, attorney Randolph Osherow had the obligation to protect the estate of SCMS as I am claiming a fraud against the estate. So I personally never ran into an interested attorney who would be willing to bring a class action.
