From what I understand of Christ, which I think is precious little and perhaps a case of cherry picking, it seems to me that he was happy to let us bop our balonies by trying to understand with our science, the nature of the universe. But if we understood little else, we should know enough to try to understand each other, forgive each other and to love each other, leaving the rest to God.

Judge not, lest we be judged.

Tall order. Impossible, sometimes, to obey.
