We can be genetically human all by ourselves. But we can't be socially human (imo) without other people. I think that is what you mean. And ethics seem to be part of our social humanity. Wild people, raised without human contact, are not born with ethics. Ergo ethics are not innate, and they do need to be learned, and therefore, like language, they are a product of education. While we may have the capacity for language and learning "ethics" without other people we won't learn them, nor do those attributes make any sense (to me, anyway) without interpersonal relationships.
