Is it my imagination or am I seeing a harder line edge to the sentiment on this thread?
The previous, "its not war against Islam but terrorism" seems to be turning to "screw them all".
The polarization seems to be forming.

Russia, former Russian states, all the western world
vs.
Mid east, S.E. Asia

China is a wild card but probably won't come down solidly on the side of the West.
Japan will fence sit forever.
S. America will stand aside.
I'd speculate that much of Europes sphinctre will be the first to let go as WW 111 looms.
The US will run shy of resources with so many fronts operating at such great distances and energy shortage will hamper them as Mid East supply drys up.
Not a pretty picture building here.
But then again...thats JMO.
