Kodiak - If the next 12-18 months holds more economic decline do you think the home builders are one of the better bets for shorting?

I stopped out of my FNM shorts yesterday while I still had a good gain. But am thinking puts may be the way to go.

I am looking at it two ways, one as an aggressive measure and two as insurance against an overall market decline.

Are you holding any short homebuilder positions now?
