Alan, I don't have any special insight re pieces or possible spin-offs. Maybe there are some industry folks here on the thread who might have some perspective on this. I do think that the company has a pressing need to move forward with post-merger reorganization, and to improve its ability to compete accross product lines. I think they have a limited time window to accomplish this, and if they don't make real progress soon then they risk not being ready when the semi-equip business cycle turns. If that happens then they will have missed the boat and acquisition by a stronger company would become more likely. IMO. AD
