I have my doubts if that 8" steel cover would protect the core if a fully loaded airliner crashed into a reactor, they already said the reason the towers collapsed was because the steel melted.

They need to start moving the existing locations of National Guard units from wherever they are, to locations that are on site (or within a mile) of power and water supplies.

Then have two fully armed (with air to air capability) helicopters with crews, based there.

We already have the units, it's just where they're located is the mistake.

The Governors need to address this situation, the National Guard units are under their command, I believe.

It won't change anything as far as whether or not we have them it's just using them a little "smarter".
