(OTC Bulletin Board: IVTI), ("IVTI"), announces that it has entered into a
non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire 3,000,000 of the issued and outstanding
shares of Bezenet, Inc. Pursuant to the terms of the Letter of Intent, the
parties are working to execute a definitive stock purchase agreement by October
22, 2001 with an anticipated closing of October 25, 2001.
IVAT Industries, Inc. is a diversified company which invests in real estate and
philatelic assets. It will also invest in securities of other publicly traded
companies. The Company intends to operate directly in the internet,
