The new high would be somewhere in the late stages of the final 5th wave of the entire move off the Sept lows. All I can be sure of is that we are either in the '3' of that '5' or the '3' is done and the '5' of '5' would take us to new highs. The very real alternate is the DOW rally off Friday's low is a 'b' with a 'c' down to come followed by the '5'.
