If you have a good relationship with a family doctor I have no doubt you can get what antibiotics you need when you need them - so long as the public doesn't get stupid and make a run on the supply. The only thing that distresses me is that they are treating an awful lot of government workers - non military - when it is not warranted. On the vaccination front you may know that some military personnel have been courts martialed for refusing to take the vaccine. In any large scale innoculation program some people get the disease from the innoculation, so it is a two-edged sword.
