Not sure I understand JRI. The 'b' in the DOW would be done right about now (3 waver BTW) if thats what it is, with a 'c' down probably lasting until tomorrow. Then the '5' up would follow.

I really hope this DOW rally holds and we hit a new high today. That would seal the deal for me that this rally is the '5' and be done with it.
