"Bush is making wise decisions to rescue America from the perilous places that it has been led by mr.bill" If so, then tell my why Powell says "What we're doing really is contingency planning and getting ready for the possibility that sometime in the near future there could be a need to respond to the collapse of the government." -- Reagan and Bush Sr. could have responded to the "collapse" of an earlier afghan government but chose not to. Stop passing the buck to clinton. As well, Bush Sr., after the gulf war, had Iraq's Republican Guard on its knees and with less effort than would be required today could easily have deposed him them. But instead, with his "wise decision" making abilities chose not to. Everyone is to blame, but mostly Reagan and Bush Sr.
