SanDisk - 'Lexar, checkmate'? Andre, I think SNDK will have an ugly quarter based on the latest bomb that Eli dropped, but Lexar must be having a horrendous quarter if retail is as soft as expected. I wonder what will happen with the Viking litigation. How could Lexar possibly indemnify Viking card sales? Viking probably has a stockpile of infringing cards. I suspect Lexar would be upset if sales continued and potential penalities continued to add up. Wouldn't Viking have to act in good faith and suspend card sales until the matter is settled? I think Lexar will soon be history. Aus
