Are you sure about the cash? I thought they were running negative at takeover time? If I am wrong, sorry for the mistake! All I know was they were burning it if they had it or not. It was not looking good for SPCO before takeover. ANMI sought of bailed them out, or I guess is trying to. If they did have cash, ANMI takeover makes a little more sense. In my opinion, I am not sure about the ANMI takeover of SPCO symbol and name. It had lost a lot of zip at the end ... Steve
